Some things probably should reluctantly not be posted on the www for all the world to see. Good law or bad law, if its a WA fish, it's probably a broken law. Call it what you want.

Great fish!  You don't catch those two often unless on the Skagit I hear.
Cut em!

If the fish was handled carefully and then released I dont see a big problem with it.  Its like admitting to speeding on your way to work or something. Besides.... look at that grin

the one that didn't get away!  he's gotta be close to 30 lbs.  It would be nice to get some kind of a story, like what state or if he caught him on the fly?

You can keep wild steelhead on some of the rivers.  There are reservation rivers in WA where it is legal to keep wild fish and photograph them out of water even if they are to be released.  There are state rivers where you can keep the wild fish and you can photograph them out of water if you don't release them.
