YES!!  Buy it from tractor supply, I did.  300$  Make sure you get the right model with 240v/120v and the RV 30amp plug.  I am very happy with mine.  It is decently quiet and good on gas too.  It will run my trailer flawlessly.  Not as quiet as hondas but still I find it quiet enuff.  Best deal for the money out there.
MAGA!  Again..

I looked it up for you.  It is 329$ now and model# 46514 I think is it.  Be carefull as their are several champion models of this and they look alike.  This one has the rv plug and is 240/120 volt.  The others are not!  Not sure which one Cabelas have but make sure you check closely.  I got this for Rv, work and home backup as I can hook up to the 240v and run both sides of house panel and my well etc.  Great buy, good luck.
MAGA!  Again..

My buddy has one for his toy hauler. They're loud.

If you're camping in the sticks with no neighbors go for it.

If you're camping in a campground like last weekend they suck for your neighbors.

Not a honda for sure.  68decibals  at 15ft away you can talk at normal levels.  I would not call mine loud.   :dunno:

I have a Champion 3500 watt 4000 peak that Ive used hard for about 5 years. It still runs find but I have had to fix it 4 times now from drawing too much load for extended times. The windings gets hot and burn at the slip rings where the brush's ride. Not a big deal tho, an hour to disassemble , re solder and re assemble. 3500 watts is  loading it down quite a lot.
Mine has more then paid for it self and runs great other then don't over do it and get it hot.
I was running an air compressor steady for nailer's and microwave for lunch, block heat in diesel pick ups.
I stepped up to a 5500 watt so I could abuse it a little more but wouldn't hesitate to buy another.
I'm not sure.

You wouldn't call it loud because you own it. I bet the people in the campsite next to you have a different opinion. :chuckle:

Maybe.  Like I said its not as quiet as hondas.  Not near as loud as the generacs and colemans.  Most campgrounds have elect. hook-ups so I dont get the huge fuss people are making over gen. noise?  In a rough camp who cares?  Move if ya dont like noise there is a whole jungle out there!  Solar is quieter and someday people will complain that hondas are too loud.  Again for a normal genny it is one of the quieter ones.

If it's too loud, a cheap motorcycle muffler will help a lot.
