I have this Damascus knife

I was given this knife by my father-in-law. It is a beautiful hand made Damascus blade and I am trying to find out who made it. Does any one recognize the makers mark? Please email if you have info.

Did he give you any more info one it?  Age perhaps?  I know that a lot of damascus steel is being made in Paki right now, but I havent seen many of those ones with marks on them.
