Thank You Dave,

I skimmed the book last night and saw lots of stuff I wanted to try.  I was amazed at how much detail you went through, much more than most consumer cookbooks I have seen in the past.
Anyway, I appreciate the gracious offer, and will give feedback as we try a few of the recipes.

Regards,

Neil

Hey everyone: thanks for the tremendous interest in my Cookbook, 2nd Edition. I put a copy on my website: www.outfittersservices.com. you are welcome to go to the Gallery page and download it. If you would like a signed, Hard Copy just email me. $20 to cover printing costs and a little left over to donate to Ducks Unlimited. Enjoy

I've had over 600 requests so it's easier to just put it on my site and you are welcome to it. BTW, if you have any recipe suggestions or any questions about cooking any type of game let me know.

Dogtuk and all: thanks for the kind comments. Let me know how the recipes work and have fun cooking. For all you goose and duck hunters out there; I've got a great new recipe that I'll share. I also have this Medeteranian Chicken recipe that works really well with grouse, chukar, pheasant, or even goose. I'll put it on the recipe page of the Hunt-WA site. Gping after Turkeys in a few weeks and I can't wait for Thanksgiving in April.
