411,001 is just a tad over 6.1% of the population of the state. Well at least it is growing.

Here are the 2010 numbers, says 1.03%, people that can not vote because of being a felon, would be close for CPL and guns I would think.http://felonvoting.procon.org/view.resource.php?resourceID=000287

Felons can vote. Ive got a class A and I just voted for 2012. Something as small as. DV can prevent u from getting a cpl.

In some States they can get their gun rights re-instated for long guns, never handguns. I don't think many life long criminals register to vote, if they did they'd be liberal Democraps. God knows we don't need any more of them walking the streets. Liberal Democrap = Anti-Gun Ignorant Individual
Good but they need to keep to themselves, for if they see a psycologist they will lose them. People are losing their Pistol licences In NY now all for seeing a DR or psycologist.
