Surf Perch and Razor Clams!

Agreed, Great Dig. Got some nice ones. Was out surf fishing in the beginning and had a nice 6+ inch dungy walk right up to me in about 3 foot of water, Lightly placed my foot on it and called my lady out to come grab it. Was a nice little addition to the limit of razor clams, on her way back I snagged another one somehow and got it about 5 feet from me, got crashed by a wave as I went after him and he vanished quick little buggers. No perch for me though. Just dont got the technique down I guess.

Way to get it done guy's, I need to try it sometime. Now that I know I can dig up an occasional bottle of Fireball along with my clams I'll be all over it!

Nice Job!  I miss all that doing all of that stuff on the coast! I cant ever remember finding fireball holes when we dug for clams but I guess some are just luckier than others! Some good eats!

April is usaully the last dig of the seasom. Warm weather brings the toxins too high to harvest.

Make sure ya save a few for mid summer when you need a fix.

Yea I know we've been extremely rainy and cold up until this recent point though so I'm hoping anyways haha, I wanna say I remember SOME years past it went until early May. 

Need to figure out geoducks!

What i always do is look at protides for the spring low tides and plan accordingly. Looks like mothers day weekend will be the final dig??? As i rarely see a dig on memorial day.
