Meant to get this up here on Friday but was on the road and it wasn't happening then was gone all weekend... I had the privilege of meeting Aaron while he was in ROTC at CWU and got to share a few beers with him after a WDFW Colockum Elk meeting. His passing has been pretty heavy on my mind as I know it has for all of us.
This is an 80% billet stripped AR15 lower made from a new high-tech magnesium allow that is stronger than aluminum but 35% lighter. These are machined from a custom forging and all MilSpec parts will fit (Minus their own trigger pins which are included). These have only been on the market since last October and are VERY VERY nice. Weigh in under 6 ounces for the stripped lower where as a typical stripped milspec forged lower will weigh nearly 10 ounces.
