ballistic charts

Are there any ballistic charts that could help figure out point blank range so the bullet is no higher or lower than about3 to 4 inches to line of sight we are using 90 grains of fff and 250 grain hornady sst

This is the one I use, but it helps if you know muzzle velocity.
