Thanks phool, Sky and Ice.  You'll get updates from time to time.  A guy's got to come out and take a shower once in awhile.  :chuckle:
I know how that goes. :yike:
I can make the shower at the laundrymat in Entiat seem like the shower at home, EASILY.   :chuckle:

Right on.
:fire.:

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

The truck stop facilities are generally pretty nice, especially after a week. :o

You could always call me and take a shower in a real shower....I live in East Wenatchee and have plenty of warm water.  PM me if you want my number....just in case.  I would also be willing to help pack, get you out of trouble if any comes upon your hunt, etc. etc. etc.

Let me know.

Good luck man, can't wait to see how this hunt turns out.
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Believe me you should hold out. I do this and it has paid off big. I killed a 28 1/2 with a 4" kicker that scores 184 4/8 just because I passed on 160 class bucks. I have proudly eaten several tags, but have taken several over 175" because of it. i love the hunt and wait all year to do it.with that tag I wouldn't think twice. Good luck

If i had that tag i would not regrete letting a buck in the early season walk. You should have a great time. Enjoy that time of year. You will see deer and it will be great!!

Remember big buck judging can be tricky, mature bucks can have ears 24-25" you can be looking at a buck with antlers barely passed his ears and he could be 26". Look at mulie pics on line you will see what I mean.

7 days and it's game on time.

Keeping the focus on this work thing has become very difficult.  Even the Senior VP recognized it with a "you got the look in your eyes, I should make you leave now 'cuz you are worthless" comment.
I told him fine, but the season doesn't open until next week.  Do I get additional time off with pay?  It got kind of quiet quickly.  :chuckle:
