Rangefinder for archery

I am curious what everyone's opinion is on a middle of the road price rangefinder would be for archery hunting? I do rifle hunt sometimes, but dont shoot over 500 yards or so. Cabelas has a redfield on sale, anyone know about those?

I have a leupold rxII and it works good out to about 400yrds...would be fine for flinging feathers at stuff.

I use a leupold rx full draw and abosoulty love it. I have got reading on trees  out to 700 and something yards. I didn't like the redfied ones.

I would go with a nikon archers choice with angle compensation around 150.

   the Nikon range finder he is talking about is a good deal for one that is just for archery.   I did a ton of research and went with the vortex 1000.   It has red numbers and is the only one I found that had waterproof and lifetime warranty.   Those are two big dealers to me when thinking about buying hunting stuff especially electronics.

If anyone is interested I have a Nikon Riflehunter 550 with angle compensation & a retrievable tether strap that I'd sell for 130.00 for both. Both are in excellent shape. I've upgraded to the Vortex Ranger 1000 so had this one laying around a while. I can post a photo if interested.

I think that the Leupold RX-Full Draw is a great rangefinder for archery.  It's designed specifically for bow hunters.  It will adjust with incline/decline giving you the true range that you need for your arrow.  You can also use it for when you go rifle hunting.  But it is perfect for bow hunting.  I will include a link to the product below:

was looking at the leica the leupold rx100 and the vortex too but haven't decided yet either. gonna keep an eye on this one. if anyone has any of those used pm me too.

OK, guys were asking for a photo so here it is! It's a camo unit & it's like brand new! The tether is by ION as you can see by the box. 1st call I receive that says they'll take it gets it! 130.00 SOLD!
