Nosler OUCH!!!
« on: July 08, 2013, 01:09:30 PM »
Man they are behind and things are still crazy as heck for them. Called my buddy there today and they are not expecting to do anymore accubond long range 30 cal 210's tell April of next year! They are going to try to do a small run of the 190's in August by the sounds of it. I called to order 7 different items and all of them are out of stock. So much for those plans :yike:

Oh yeah nothing I really had to have. I was hoping for a couple boxes of the 190 and 210 .30 cals. My rifle is still a few months out that I really plan on using them with, so it's not the end of the world. A couple of the others were just new bullets to play with as well that I didn't really need. The only one I want to find and should be able to is the 90g 6mm accubond. Other then that I will survive :chuckle:

Maybe they will re-work the BC on those 210's.  The testing that has been done on them, they were falling wayyy short of their advertised BC's.   :(

You guys tried any lighter weight accubonds at long range in the 30 mags?

Worked up a load of 165 accubonds for my dads 300wsm.  Shoots decent.  Always was a partition shooter in the past, figure these should work similarly with better down range punch.  I'm waiting for the 175 7mm accubonds!

Carp, I know you always talk about loving your WSMs so I have a question. Do you load larger than 180gr in your 300WSM? And if so how heavy & what load?

Don't mean to jack the thread so a PM is fine also  ;)

I only picked up the 150's because they were out of 165's. Nasty accurate @100 off the bench. Dropped my 2010 buck like a sack of potatoes @120. Never put them through the chrono. Probably pretty hot not sure how'd they shoot LR.
I don't shoot a ton but I'd like to try some of those 210's and see how they group LR.

Thanks Dale, I have looked high and low for the long range bullets with no luck. I am going to try to get some 190's if they do the limited run they are talking about. I have started getting stuff for my 30-378 build. I won't probably hunt with it this year but am wanting some 190 or 210 LR's

I run the 180 accubonds in my 300 wsm. I will try the 190 long range accubonds in my 300 wsm and 300 wm when I get my hands on them.
