Just curious if anyone has received their special permits in the mail yet?

Expect it before July 31st and not much sooner than that. That's what I was told.

Nothing here yet in Olytown, less than 3 miles from the main office and one block to the post office where the mail arrives daily. My experience has been around the 22nd to the last week in July. Kind of like Christmas in July for the fortunate few.

You would have to been drawn for a permit to get one... So the answer is no :-)
