Expect it before July 31st and not much sooner than that.  That's what I was told.

Nothing here yet in Olytown, less than 3 miles from the main office and one block to the post office where the mail arrives daily. My experience has been around the 22nd to the last week in July. Kind of like Christmas in July for the fortunate few.

Drew a cow tag in turnbull refuge which I did get an informational packet from the feds last week, but nothing from WDFW.
