Anybody have access to a lathe?

I want to have a few barrels cut down to run on the Strikers, but all the smiths I've talked to want at least $75 (that's not terrible) and 3 months to cut and crown a barrel. I can almost have a new barrel made if I want to wait 3 months!

If I could just get my shop built, I'd buy my own lathe. The home owner's association doesn't want to cooperate though. So if any of you guys have somebody to recommend or you are handy with a lathe yourself let me know. Just simple cut and crown work and possibly muzzle threading.

About two weeks ago I had my barrel cut and recrowned by Pollazo Precision in Covington. It was $70 and I got the barrel back three days after I dropped it off.
