Is this a Wolf?

This is a picture from my bro-in-laws trail cam up in Elk about 7-8 miles from the Idaho border.
I'm not sure what to think on this. The body looks more like bear to me but the head and ears definatley look canine.

My vote is bear as well with his/her ears back while feeding.

never mind.... its a wolf.  if you look closely, the name of the picture says "wolf"  so it's definitely a wolf.

I am pretty sure its a wolf just because of the shape of the head and ears...You people who say bear i think are just in denial because you have never seen a black wolf. lets see, it's spring time.  A wolf would have already shedded off mats of hair. 
every wolf I ever seen the head is almost too large for the body whereas this pic is the other way around
wolf doesn't have the round rump, or round shoulders, or thick legs either.


That pic is so far away from being a wolf I can't fathom how people could be confused
