Don't know if "Crockett" is trademarked, but it has the same word structure and sound as Kracker (which I really liked) and evokes an image of the "wild frontier"

i know i am gonna buy it, sounds like a good name to me , is there somewhere on there where you can referance how it carmelizes, i dont know if its a big deal to alot of people but myself and a couple others i know are big on a carmelizing sauce, i guess it really dont matter they will find out for themselves when they use it
