tuna fishing trip

so I went on my first tuna trip yesterday out of Westport had a blast BUT guess who forgot to buy his derby ticket this guy guess who caught a 35 lb tuna this guy so when you go don't forget to buy your derby ticket biggest tuna so far on the books 27 lbs ten guys on the boat 133 fish it was a great time

how much was the charter trip and who was it ? might try to go myself. dont care about the derby but some tuna on the BBQ sounds awsome

yes it was 550 per person you meet at 7 pm for a meeting you go to bed on the boat they boat all night at daylight you start fishing fish until dark then go to bed they boat back get up in the morning back at the dock your fish is all cleaned bagged up and your ready to go home

Do it before WDFW tries taking the fun out of it.  They were looking into putting some limits on albacore, but it didn't pass this year.

it was an absolute blast they fight harder than any salmon I have ever caught and they don't get tired very easy

Should have went to the back of the boat at night and fished for shark and monster squid....  Buddy did that last year on similar trip and while everyone except a couple decks hands were asleep they had it all to their selves...
