Oregon Buck on the Ground
« on: September 18, 2013, 10:23:05 PM »
I harvested this buck on Labor Day with my additional deer tag. I had this guy on trail cam for 2 months and was praying he would be there when the season opened on September 1st for this special unit tag. Well he wasn't there on the 1st but he showed up on the 2nd. I was able to capture it all on video as well. It was a 17 yard shot from my ground blind and 30 yard recovery.

In case you are wondering. I wear a black upper when in a ground blind.
