starting  to cure more eggs today. Pretty excited because I kinda know what im doing now  lol

well 4 days in the cure then I am going to borax them.



Its a liquid egg cure that I added some stuff to.

Nope. All I do is add the eggs to the liquid and after 2 days I add some more stuff to inhance the flavor of the eggs then dty them and roll in borax.

They stay on for 7 or 8 casts and they work good but still havent caugh a hatchery fish yet. Maybe tommrrow I will have some luck.

that looks like some good roe that could have been some real good sushi.

Having tried to eat it (several times/ways) I'm with the theory that the best use for roe is to turn it into more steaked, filleted, smoked, bbqed, or whatever salmon.
