Mullie down
« on: October 01, 2013, 10:32:48 PM »
Well the weather got better and things finally came together for me.  Got this guy this morning, 35 yard neck shot as he was running almost right at me.  I hope the picture makes it. If not I'll get some help from my Daughter. I'm a walking virus when it comes to computers.

Congrats! Very nice deer. Looks like a shooting stick holding the antlers up in the picture. Was this an archery kill, or high buck firearm? Either way, deer like that don't get taken by everyone. Some deer to be proud of there!!

Really nice!
And I think God must be a cowboy at heart
He made wide open spaces from the start
He made grass and trees and mountains and a horse to be a friend
And trails to lead ol' cowboys home again
