Should I reload the same bullet twice?

I am new to muzzleloader hunting. This is my first year doing it. With living at an apartment complex in town, and with where I work, I cant leave my gun in the truck. I dont want the condensation from going outside (cool) to inside (warm) to risk dampening the loaded powder. So it has come down to either shooting it at the end of the day or with having the break open (traditions vortek) I could pull the nipple and plug and push the round out. I can deal with loosing the powder. I would like to save the bullet if possible though. If I were to push the round out would it be ok to load the same bullet again? Or could it change it at all for any reason? The rounds are Powerbelt coppers (please dont turn this into a love/hate powerbelts thread haha). It would not be the worst if I were to shoot it at the end of the day, good confidence booster to keep myself shooting well, its just that I dont really want to have to clean it that much if I dont have to.

When using lead slugs I will sometimes pre-groove them by loading then pushing them out.  They reload much more quickly, BUT, I have to make sure to line the grooves up with the rifling when reloading it.  Not sure how this works with copper bullets.  If those just have the plastic base that grabs the rifling and not the copper, I don't see why not?

It depends on the condition of the hunt weather. If its rainy then I would break it down and clean at night and use fresh powder the next day. Same bullet is fine just push it out through the breach. I don't like to shoot the gun around the area I'm hunting to clear out...unless at the animal. However if the weather is good then you can keep it loaded with powder and bullet just absolutely remove the cap and use a new cap the following day. When in doubt clean it out. Yes you can reuse the same bullet

I have never used the same bullet twice. My buddy did last year with copper sabots and when he fired at a nice buck, the discharge from the barrel looked like a sparkler. I don't know what happened, but it was funny.

Here's what I've been doing:

I'm using saboted bullets, mind you.

At the end of the day I remove the charge and bullet from my inline.  The bullets, powder pellets and the cap I've been carryign around get stored separate from my "go to" components.

I use the last day's cap, or caps, to clear my nipple in the morning before loading up that days charge.  So far they have all fired, even the ones I toted around on last Saturday's and Sunday's monsoon.

If the pellets look ok, I put them in a 777 pellet box labeled used.  I discarded one because it got a little chipped when I knocked the charge out, and another because it got a bunch of breech plug grease on it.  I'll use those pellets next year for practice.  I keep my pellets in a sealed ammo can with a desiccant cartridge in it.

Not sure what to do with bullets.  I may try to get new sabots, or a may just reload bullet + sabot next year during practice and see what kind of accuracy I get.

I think this is a nice compromise that lets me always hunt with a fresh charge, but also doesn't waste anything.
