opening day 5 days away!?!?

Dam, it sure came fast in my opinion. Didnt realize it starts saturday . Oh well I will be hunting 356/360 and then 368 to help get my buddy his first elk with his cow tag. Just chasing the elusive spike for me. It seems the archery and muzzy guys left a few.

Same boat here. Looking for my first elk in 342, have a cow tag as well. I figure this year to be good as any to finally get some meet for the freezer. It's about time to collect on my investment! Good luck to you and your friend

I have to work Friday night so I'm heading out Saturday morning to meet up with the rest of the camp out in the 342. Anyone else hunting there that wants to meet for dinner or a drink some where in the area?
