One for lil gringo 2 for me
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

:tung:  I'm having a bad year.  9 kills, 10 runners,  5 misses.  I have more runners this year than my last 2 years combined. Just pictures of blood piles & blood trials for me.  I've also been trying to video a lot this year. I realize that ain't easy either. Trying to line up a shot, camera and be on the same page as my son before the coyote runs off.

I'm taking Friday-Monday off, going to give it one last try.

I have to make this excuse. The weather here has sucked every chance I have had to hunt. When I have been out of town doing my NG stuff or been stuck at work the weather has been great. Compounded by some family emergancies and being sick. I have not posted a single dog this year. :bash: Next year I will not be participating. I am dead weight.

You and me both.  A couple of weeks ago, I went out hunting, trudged 1/4 mile to the stand, only to find out that I forgot to take a magazine of ammo for the gun.  By the time I trudged all the way back to the truck through 10"+ of snow, I was so tired and disgusted I got in the truck and went home.  In my younger days I would have gone back out.  Now I am just old dead weight...  :bash:  :sry:
If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.

Well what sorted out as a bad day, winded due to trying to get a video with a 500 yd miss then followed by being busted on the way into a stand  :bash: turned out to be  called in and double followed by a strangler after ear212 and I unloaded on a dog the we stopped  (we missed) from a full sprint into our stand soggy was able to smoke one we didn't even see. Then he was able to pull in the straggler at which point aer212 losses AGAIN so I had to play cleanup with a Texas heat shot quartering away ar full sprint. So sog and I let aer finish it off. Went to the next spot when aer spotted on 260 yds away  trotting away. Got it stopped and hit a little low on the shoulder making a bit of a bloody mess. Old soggy had the only clean one shot kill of the day

Nice job guys! Think I'm done for the contest. Been too busy to get out much. Now that winter has actually shown up I will be getting a little sledding in. Had a down year in numbers, but did ok for only doing a limited amount of stands. 6 kills, 1 on the wetside. Guess it will have to do. Have a few more live pictures on my camera that I will try post before the end of the month.

Raul , great job!
Next weekend is our last weekend to go and put some dogs down. After that maybe I can do a buddy hunt next year during x-mas since I will be gone or allow some out of state dogs to count. Lol jk

+3 for team "you take Em Charlie"
I'm posting these for Shorty Naggs from the last ten days or so. Two taken by him and one by his son. Shorty Naggs refuses to learn how to post his pics.
