Nice job!  I helped a friend get a buck in that unit.  I hope someday to finally draw that unit.

Nice deer. I think I have a crappy cell phone pic of that deer in my leased field this summer. He was running with another smaller 4 pt and a 3 pt.

he had a kicker point that does not show in the pic.  I also hope to draw some day, hope it is sooner than later.    again it is a tough hunt, walking in sand praying for rain to firm up the sand.  we will crack the bottle of Pendleton whisky on the grand ronde sat., flyfishing for steel.   mike w

My Desert buck was a nice heavy deer we were lucky we could get the truck up to it would have been hard to drag.  Mine was 26 and a quarter wide and I was happy it took me 14 points.

it must have been close to the road cuz you cant drive many places in the desert.  we put my sons deer on a one wheel cart and went 1.5 miles to the road as fast as we could walk.   congrats to you guys.  was it a last day buck?    mike w

Tell me that pic couldn't win a photo contest. To bad I didn't take it. A local has been keeping me primed for my archery tag.
