Good to hear!  Its rare to even see the old bucks anymore.  Last one I saw was showing me his tail doing 90mph. :chuckle:

That's a great blacktail, I have two Pope and Young bucks after 30 years of bow hunting and 20 plus years of gun hunting. I killed most of my bucks in Mendocino county Calif., one of the best areas in the country.  I would like to know which county you hunted. 

hornlvr I'm not sure what county I was in but it was in the Siskiyou Wilderness.
