If they are there but not at legal hours, you might be pushing them out by stinking it up or making too much noise. They might just have you figured out.
Are they showing up just after dark or just before daylight?
Have you tried hunting between 11am and 2 pm ...? If it is freezing at night they are moving in the afternoon when everyone thinks they are not !I seem 12 deer yesterday in this time frame ...2 nice bucks ..did not work out So a doe had to take a dirt nap !

Congrats on the meat! Didn't try afternoon during this cold! My blood turned to ice before that! Lol. But yes normally I man my stand daylight to dark.
I like to still hunt areas more than sitting all day. Seems more successful for me.
