Looking for a full capture rest
« on: January 03, 2014, 03:15:00 PM »
I want to change the rest on my bow from a trophy taker to something full capture.  I like the QAD ultra-rest hunter, but I'm also considering the trophy ridge revolution.  I'm always open to suggestions in the 50 dollar range.  Looking for opinions on rest and your experiences with these. I also plan to sell the trophy taker when I replace it so I'm willing to swap if someone wants it.
Now then, get your equipment—your quiver and bow—and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.  Gen. 27:3

I really like my QAD. If I bought a new bow I'd probably get the same

QAD HDX is the favorite of all rests I've ever shot/owned. By far the easiest to tune too

Obviously Trophy Taker has served you well. Why not stay with Trophy Taker Full capture or the smack down. They are a little more money but very dependable,Great Customer service .

Another vote for the QAD HDX.  Can't speak for the new TT, as I haven't tried one.  However, I've seen the TR Revolution in action a few times, and they were all removed for QAD's.
