Are you a member? The wife and I used to be a few years back. Went over to Roslyn with them, was suppose to go with group lead by someone that knew about morels,( we were rookies at the time) and the person said "You two go that way, I'll take the rest of these people with me." I guess we were lucky, we found more than the group of six people. Still thinking of joining again. I here they might be out after truffles about now.

I was heavily involved from 2005-2008 and been to only a few meetings since. I did a Roslyn foray and was upset to see how the regulars leave the newbies to learn for themselves. I lead a few forays in the Capitol Forest.

Even when I go to one meeting a year I donate the membership fee or two to help them out.
