More Montana

I thought I'd let all the big Montana bucks get posted before I showed our dinks  Just kidding we took a couple nice 4 points on our last full day of hunting in Region 4. These bucks were typical of the bucks we saw all week. I let a few walk that I somewhat regret, but that was early on and I didn't want the fun to end. We even saw some real nice Whitetail bucks. They hadn't kicked into the rut like the Muleys. As an added bonus we limited on Roosters at will. The sharptails were plentiful also. The first picture is a 20 minute limit on pheasant with a few added grouse. The second is a crappy field self timed photo of the buck I killed in his bed the last evening. The third is both our bucks loaded and ready for the 750 mile journey home. The quantity and quality of the hunting was excellent. It was a little weird driving by the armed nuclear silos that were spread through out the area. I wonder who they are pointed at now?
