«

Any suggestions for just a hiking/camping pack? I'm thinking between 40 and 60 liters.
Thanks

I got one of the new Kelty packs last year as it was expandable wich allowed me to carry jugs for stocking fish or long PCT hikes. Some of the Osprey are nice but watch the ones contoured to allow for ventilation as that comprimises room and ability to load gear into the pack.

Thanks for the replies. So far I have used my Cabelas Alaskan Extreme (something like that) pack that I use during hunting season, was looking to go lighter when I am not hoping to pack out an animal.

I have an Osprey Talon 36 and an Atmos 50 and they're both super comfy. I really like them both.

I have a Deuter day pack ACT Trail 32 and an Deuter ACT Lite 65+10 for overnight. Two of the most comfortable packs I have had. But they are like boots and you need to try them to see what fits best.
