How many Points
« on: April 28, 2014, 05:16:24 PM »
Wondering how to find out how many points a person has. I was looking at the new regs and thought I should see how many points I had before trying to put in for the draws.

:yeah:   Or, you can go in the back door and count up all the times you applied and were not selected.

Or if you apply online you can save your confirmation page which has your point total.

Something to keep in mind: if you look at last year's results page to see how many points you have, the "points used" number shown isn't necessarily the number of points you have. If you applied as a group, that number is the average of the group. So don't get concerned if you should have 12 points and it only shows two! This is when you might need to look at the back door, that will show you your entire history since the point system started.

It's where you go to submit an application. It came to be called the back door because we could go in there to see results of the drawing before they were officially posted.

Or this way. Change the year to last year in the box to left, add 1 point for this year to each category and that's what you have.

Last year was a long time ago,Do you have to buy your license before you buy your special permit apps?
You must first be honest with yourself,Until then your just lying to everyone.

For deer and elk app's you need to have a license. For moose, sheep, and goats, you don't.
