The winner of the Rocky Mountian Bighorn Sheep raffle, conducted by the Washington Chapter of the Wild Sheep Foundation (sponsored by WDFW), is  Ron S. from Tipton IA.  Congratulations Ron.  Thanks to everyone who purchased a ticket(s) and contributed to the conservation of the species in our state!
