Also, don't forget to bring a case for your rifle. Firearms have to be in a case while in your vehicle. Soft or hard, doesn't matter.
The commission shall attempt to maximize the public recreational game fishing and hunting opportunities of all citizens, including juvenile, disabled, and senior citizens. (RCW77.04.012)

Should be no surprise. The master hunter cow hunts have opened August first for years. I appreciate all the reminders for YTC rules, thanks to all who responded.

My cousin works at the YTC he finally drew a buck tag for there after 16yrs of putting in for it. Good luck on the cow hunt.

I have my master hunter card ... and have looked into this hunt. the training center i think is actually out of bounds  for 3911 tags but may be open for a different hunt you are planning... And if you have not checked the state does put up reports every 20 days or so where the elk have been spotted within the 3911 Kittikas county and gmu 371.elk area and where they could potentially hunt with access or permission. not sure if i am going over there if I do i will post any info. good hunting.

Firing center is GMU 371 and not part of 3911. both open for master hunters.
