Great buck Fred. I've been wondering where you have been. Congrats, and I know it's all from hard work on your part. You've always worked for what you got.

Thanks everyone. I ended up in the ER after getting him. Just sharpened my knife, slipped and ended up needing 3 stitches in my thumb.
Keep the sharp objects away from the man!!!!

Congrats Fred. That's an outstanding buck. Is that the same one you posted trail cam pictures of a little while back?

Nice buck!
I always hunted the blackpowder season in VA, once the clubs started running deer with dogs during the general season, everything went nocturnal in my neck of the woods. Hunt club is the only way to go given your location. General season deer hunting on VDGIF areas is downright scary there.

Boy, that's a real cow compared to most of those dog-sized deer down there. Nicely done, Fred.
