Frustrating as all heck.  Second time in 2 years I have been given permission to trap on a big chunk of property, only to have the permission withdrawn almost as fast as I got it.  The 3500 acres which has NEVER been trapped has been put on hold.  The lady who owns it has NEVER even been to the property.  She has given it to her kids who have just told the Farm manager no hunting on the property so he is putting everything on hold.  They come to the property once a year.     :bash: :bash:

I got to walk the property on Sat and there was a huge set of bobcat tracks.  I was already thinking how nice he was going to look on a board drying.  :(

I'll still get some trapping in, but mostly only a weekend line which really makes it tough to catch very many critters and is really tough trying to target K9s and cats.

I had two cage traps set last night.  Nice to shine your light on your trap and see three sets of eyes looking back.  Nice triple on coons!!  I'll post a photo tonight.
