3 deer in three States
« on: December 18, 2014, 01:08:20 PM »
This is my first year that I have ever attempted to fill 3 deer tags in 3 states . I was blessed to get it done and now have a freezer full of deer meat!
The first deer was my WA buck, the Second one is my ID buck, and the 3rd is my MT buck.

Did #3 try to backup into a tree?

I shot him at 420 yds, then he made it about 50 yds and I hit him again at 470 yds. He died under that tree!

I did that accomplishment once.   I also had three bull tags in my pocket too.  Congrats on getting it done.   Hopefully you had fun

Forgot to mention last day of our MT hunt last hour of shooting light we shot this bull. It took us from last light until 2:30 am to get him to the truck. What a night what a hunt!
