We used to catch them all over Port Angeles. Most were off the log booms with are no longer there. Lots off the end of the spit. My dad was in the coast guard so I could fish there. Caught them off the city pier also. If you can find birds working bait then that would be a good thing. Little Cleo's and crocodile spoons worked the best. Let them sink on a tight line through the bait then real them slowly back so they wobble. If there is no sign of bait in the area, don't waste your time.
