Here is the little buck that has been frequenting my feed pile. He came in this morning at about 10:30. Also got the shed off the bigger buck this morning. He dropped it sometime last night.

That's a nice, healthy looking buck for just a little guy!

Seems early to shed
Friday morning (12-26) I watched a buck come by the kitchen window about 8 am. I think it's the two point (blacktail)we have running around here. He'd already shed both antlers. He had shed very recently. The neighbor dog chased him off before I could get my camera.
