I paid just over 6K if I remember right. I looked at the metal ones like you posted and there were hidden cost that drove the price up. Depending on where you live you will have to get a building permit at which time you will have to have engineering plans. They will provide those for a cost. In most cases you will have to bump up to a higher wind rating / heavier steel and different anchors (unless you are poring a slab). Long story short those package deals can start adding up quickly.
During tax assessment time. Any of those buildings that weren't on the tax rolls were turned into the building dept. They then sent notices out to over 1100 property owners with metal buildings that they need to make arrangements to permit them or see them in court.
