Yard Containment Fence.
« on: February 05, 2015, 02:56:42 PM »
I'm looking at buying a yard containment system, the buried wire type  I see Cabela's sells one as does inotec. Any one have any experience on which ones are better than another? I'd be in for a used set up if it still works well. Have about 1/4 acre to fence.

Thank you.

check this out http://www.dusupply.com/petsafe-play-and-stay.html we use this to keep hounds in the yard. no fence to bury and you can turn it down or up to 3/4 acre.

the buried ones haven't worked as well in my experience

"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checked by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the grey twilight that knows not victory nor defeat."
Theodore Roosevelt 1899
