So is there a reason that I don't see? Why is the draw for spring bear so late? It says by march 31st and I know odds are it will out a bit before that but still that's not even a month before the season Starts. And if it really came out out march 31 that would not be 24 hrs before the season starts. I understand most people like later in the season but what if a guy wanted to hunt the early season. Most companies require at least 2 week notice for vac time request. ...hoping I can still get time off if I draw!

They are usually out around the middle of the month. Most years people don't start really seeing bear until midway through April.
