I usually like a levelling kit, after market wheels, a little larger and more aggressive tires, sometimes fender flares, most always a winch and a toolbox. I'll have to look for some pics.

Bright off road lights...especially reverse lights...new front/rear bumpers with d loops for rope/chain hookups....side steps...spool of rope in the bed for pulling out game...mud tires with level or small lift kit for clearance...and a bad paint job so you won't be mad after scratching the new truck paint  :chuckle:

I don't do a lot. I like to have good lights, good tires and when I can afford it a bumper and winch up front

What kind of truck?

High output Alt Go to Romain Electric in Kent. The warehouse is right off HWY167 i think near the 212 st exit.... lookem up Best price its where everyone gets that stuff. Ive had 3 Hi AMP from them from subaru S10, and will be getting one for my jeep cherokee soon.

GOOD BUMPERS! Now you could stay with factory ones but aftermarket ones usually have great pull points. Even before a winch you need 4 secure points to pull on... one at each end of the frame. I prefer home made but often times you can find factory tow hooks at a junk yard.

Winch. I got a cheep Harbor freight model I put it on a receiver hitch.. Kind of goes along with the bumper because i have a receiver in the front AND the Rear and power both places for the winch.

Link Chains Tow strap, Come along, High Lift, Jumper cables Shovel are all mandatory gear for my rigs.  :twocents:

I dont have it yet but some of the new LED or HID low profile light bars are pretty sweet.

You don't need a high output anything with RIGIDS. I have them on my truck and they are LED lights and draw less than stock lights. I also have a Warn 15000 lb winch.

If you guys want just as good of lights like RIGIDS, buy TOTRON lights. I have them on my 2014 RZR 570 with no issues, plus, they are like the RIGID D2 Duallys, 6 lights, for 1/3 the cost, lifetime warranty too.

I think I am going to go with the TOTRON lights for my superduty later this summer. thanks for the heads up on them campmeat

Right now on my 99 superduty, I have a small lift, 35" open county's, good seat covers, a chip, and I just had the tranny built.

my next mods:
 stage 1 fuel injectors
 rebuild turbo/may upgrade
Locker or limited slip in the rear, not sure what yet
 12-15000# winch up front
 custom front and rear bumpers
 airbags
 better shocks
Better sound system, with built in navigation in double din head unit
light bar up top, fog lights and backup lights
custom center console up front, to allow better storage and access to binoculars, spotting scope, pistol etc.
 08 style mirrors.

That should about wrap it up, when it is all said and done I may actually have it wrapped in Nat gear, or maybe just paint it desert tan, don't like the green it is now very much.

There is a guy on RZRFORUMS.NET (ORG ?) that sells them really cheap. That's who I bought mine from. $100 for 2 lights and switches to my door. 30 inch light bars are a couple hundred if I remember right. The TOTRONs look exactly like the RIGIDS I have on my truck. You won't need fog lights with the TOTRONs, heck, you don't even need headlights almost....

If you've never ran lockers before. they can get you in trouble in ice and snow. Lockers are better in the front, than the rear. It's better to pull than push. Some might disagree, this is just my experiences. I wouldn't suggest them myself. I used to be a hardcore jeeper and have some knowledge of what's good and practicle and what's not. I had lockers front and rear and they did help in mud holes. BUT, they pull you to the side and not straight when you get on it.

I've got Firestone Airbags on my 2500 HD. I paid about $550 plus install, total $750ish

Custom bumpers are very spendy. I always KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. I use Warn to fit my Warn 15000LB winch. That way, they can't blame it on the other manufacturer if you have problems.

GoRhino bumpers are nice. I've used them on my trucks too.

This is my first truck sense high school that hasn't had a locker in it actually, im thinking I want to stick with a tru-trac this time, as its mostly a tow rig, and runs forest service roads, very often does it see any use that would call for a true locker, or a front locker.

and those bumpers are sure nice, but I am more of a built not bought guy (ie, im a tightwad  :dunno: ) so I will be fabbing mine im sure,  I will try to drag some pictures up of past builds one of these days where im actually on my computer.
