Free: Contests & Raffles.
They usually have awards and prizes, maybe a few raffles for boat owners but I never stay long enough afterwards to win anything. So, Ed, to save you the hassle of organizing I'll just come on by and I'll volunteer!

With the wind coming out of the South, I am hoping some of the smaller boats or ones that don't want to get tossed around if it get's rough will tuck in North of Mukilteo or head for the river. Should be plenty of fish North of the lighthouse in that bay. I plan to keep an eye on the winds, using the real time Washington State Ferry Weather info. We want all the boats and people to stay safe out there and will be watching the info as best as we can. I know we are going to discuss this with the captains on Friday night during the meeting at Harbor Marine.
