Look on waguns web site.
I've got a couple handguns on there that I'd like to trade for exactly what you have, BLR 300 win mag lever.
Know it's not what your looking for, but gives you more options to make monies to buy a 7.

I asked them about it once, you're lucky to get 70% of the value. Even if it was brand new and unfired, 60-70% of what they're selling it for.

Funny this post just came up.

This afternoon I went in with a buddy who traded in his Weatherby Vanguard .300 at the Cabelas in Tualitin.  They gave him $364 for it.  Not too bad for a wholesale trade in, I thought.  He's a bit of a horse trader, and tried to work them for just a bit more.  Of course it didn't work.  Then I told him to see what the pay-out would be without the scope, and the number didn't change at all.   I told my buddy to have them take the scope off then, and he could sell it on CL for another $50-75.

Overall, though, I was impressed with the service, for what it was.

I've bought a couple of rifles out of Cabelas just for the scope, I peeled the scope and sold the rifle for what I had in it.

Cabelas is like a used car dealership, buy low, sell very high.
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

I took in a Browning Auto 5 Magnum made in Belguim.  32" barrel and in good shape.  He said it didn't have the original but pad on it.  I still have the original pad.  The guy offered $375 for it.  I showed him the gun in his library that wasn't as nice as mine for $965.  I said really?  I ended up selling the gun for $800.  Those guys might as well be a pawn shop or the highered ex car dealers to run it.  The guy said they give 60% of the appraised value.  If they appraise it low, you get 60% of the low appraisal.
If you have money to burn and don't care, than go there.
