It's a plain old business license for taking peoples money in exchange for goods or services. It's not a wildlife business license.
Went to Winthrop last season and went knocking on doors as both of my sons had 2 doe tags each. One guy had 26 does on his place and he said we could shoot them for $200 each. Seemed like a steep fee. I went and talked to the neighboring property and they gave us permission. They were very happy to help out.After I had processed the deer I made them up a nice basket and took it back over to them. Venison steaks, breakfast sausage, pepperoni. Several fillets of salmon along with some smoked salmon and few fillets of halibut. They were pretty happy about that.
