Guides are not required to be licensed in Washington

The only requirement for guiding other than the business license, would be permits for hunting public land. You can't guide on public land without a permit from the appropriate agency.

It's been hotly debated on here, as well as within the guiding community.WA is one of the few states that do not require a hunting guide license, however I do think we will eventually see that we will close that revenue generating change.
