tribal "rights"

it seems there has been quite abit  of talk about indians "hunting " in this state lately.i wonder if any of you have looked at the treaty which they recieve there rights from.here in the south west part of the state the indians agreed to the treaty of medicine creek of 1854. a link can be found(believe it or not) at the washington dept fish wildlife websight.everyone should read it.
you cant eat the horns, but backstraps look like crap on my wall!!!!

article #9 of the treaty says indians shouldnt consume spirits and if they do they can be cut off from there annuities.
