Any suggestions??
« on: June 14, 2015, 05:04:07 PM »
Im over at wanapum state park for the week and don't know central Washington that well. Is there any lakes near by that have trout in them, we do have a boat. Id like to get him on some trout while up here as I don't see him that often.

Nunnelly and Lenice lake are just across the river.  Selective fisheries, and a short walk in.  I use a float tube and fly rod, but there is a lot of bank access.
Hunt hard and shoot straight!

You could head up toward Quincy and the Quincy Wildlife Area. There are several lakes there with launches. Some have bass and walleye, others have trout. Also Potholes and Moses Lake are not that far from you, good fishing at both of those for many species.
Fish hard, hunt harder!
