THE Sept Colockum Tag!
« on: June 16, 2015, 04:18:03 PM »
LET THE SCOUTING BEGIN!  My buddy drew the Sept Colockum Rifle tag.  I had the Sept Teanaway Rifle tag back in 09, so we are slightly educated in this field.  A LOT more ground to cover though! Not very familiar with the other units, but we will get a crash course over the next 14 weeks!  Heading out this weekend to set up cameras and put some boots to the dirt.  Not expecting to start seeing much until August, but we will have cameras everywhere we can and country to learn.  Any advice would be appreciated....unless its bad.  Haha

I will swap my wife's tag for his???? That will be an awesome hunt, wish I had info for ya but I know very little about where the monsters are.  My wife drew a rifle sept tag as well, can't wait to hunt rutting elk with a rifle.  Good luck

the hardest problem will be choosing which bull to go after with only five days the time will fly by.
