Springer Fishing Surprises
« on: June 18, 2015, 12:22:17 PM »
I'm surprised I haven't seen any ODH threads since FEBRUARY! I figured with all of the great fishing we have had that he would have been giving us some insight to his fishing, upside down fish photos included. I hope he is ok, I kinda miss the ole fellow. Maybe he doesn't do spring fishing (too warm?)

I forgot about him.

He's probably so busy with all the fish he's catching that he doesn't have time to post.
 :dunno:
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

He banked 192 springers when I talked to him two weeks ago.  He was fishing the same place I was.

banking them isn't telling me about them ;) haha...That's a lot of fish. Must have been on the Cowlitz or some other crazy river like that. Wow

First, I don't believe that. Second, what the hell would you do with that much fish?  UCWarden should figure out who he is selling them to or give him a giant ticket for wasting them.

Maybe he gives them to friends and family, also just cause he banked them doesn't mean he didn't release most of those.

Sure are allot of internet police on here

If you'd watched this guy's posts for the last 5 years you would think that your version is unlikely.  Typically they involve dead fish laying on the bank or on a piece of cardboard in his driveway.  During peak flossing season in August and September, he'll post pics of flossed Puyallup salmon every day in the same manner.  He may release some but he kills plenty.

Perhaps my dislike for snaggers is clouding my thoughts.

You've probably got a killer garden with all the fish scraps.
